#MEA becomes Recall of #MiGov Snyder. @MichiganDems threaten themselves as #migop Patriots may see opportunity under closed election.

Michigan, why is there a law on the books that permits a minority of the majority in an election victory for Governor, but in the other two State wide offices, it is mandatory to send to the Electoral College?  May I add the Governor is but an administrator and the legislator is now on beam, when it comes to recalling. What are they giving us, the good ole boy blues or some real leadership for we Michiganders. The best thing you can do right now for our State is to entertain DC to be Constitutional and Pass the Fairtax.  Imagine the jobs in Michigan if we were to pass the State MIFairtax as Well.

Democrats are using the MEA to recall Governor Snyder. This is considered an abuse of power within the Federal Unions, under the Hatch Act.  Not knowing Micigan's version, without a challenge, why does our State control of State employee unions have such authority as this MEA Action?

As to the recall by the Democrats, they should kknow that if they wish to persue this, we will find the Conservatives joining in down the road to provide another election, closed this time. Bring it on, dare ya.

'Why the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact should die' WSJ

Founders established electoral with more then two Political Parties in mind & to curb largess States(Cities) from dominating Presidential Elections, 1/3 of Federal Government. There is a push amongst the States by those who think Nationalizing the Federal Government is a good idea and are supporting a measure to make the Presidential Election by popular vote, not the current Electoral Constitutional Law.
The following link speaks to the Massachusetts attempt to make that State one of a future coalition of such States, bypassing the Constitution. We did the same thing with the U.S. Senate and gave it the popular vote.  Now, instead of the Senator being loyal to the Sovereignty of his State Legislatures desire,Senators are now loyal to the Lobbyists with the people molded vote being that of the Media's.
I say: Repeal the 17th Amendment and put the loyalty of the U. S. Senate back to the State Governments and Leave our current Electoral College Laws as are. Look at the history of our Constitution and then think, liberty. We are better served by each County holding a Caucus before we go to the national Bake sale.
