The path to saving America is not Mitt's as SSI needs replaced by jobs * Newt is

Romney wants to keep SSI in government so they can steal it again.  Not smart enough to realize what is coming so think tweaking by age will work, when the problem is the size of 67 Trillion set aside for the huge influx of baby boomers.

Only full employment can sustain SSI and two other steps. We must make it so this misuse of our Treasure never happens again bu privatizing Federal Entitlements and end the handicap production tax which places the Federal tax burden into the price of our own product to ourself, let alone export.

We need to go to States allowing for IRAs with HSA Ryders to be an alternative to Federal entitlements and for The Federal Government to make a date certain no new entries into the system allowed and plan a transition to privatize all. I&HSA Plan spoken to by up Coming Congressman Don Volaric~

By putting healthcare under the pension plan replacing SSI, you provide the youth with a plan that provides healthcare immediately and it also lowers cost by the competitive nature that will result. Remember what Pope John Paul spoke to, how license is a form of slavery. Free up healthcare and let the grassroots control of self responsibility blossom into individual freedom. You can also make the Income & Health Savings Plan be locally invested as an option.

Go to FairTax, vetted for 15 years and 22 Million in research and development to give we the people a 22% tax cut from our double taxation via production tax, done with only one benefit. Einstein would say something about this repetition of keeping the IRS.

With workers investing in their local economy and American Product getting a 15% advantage with imports, we will get to full employment where employers will bid for your services.

OBAMA'S GIVEAWAY: OIL-RICH ISLANDS TO RUSSIA

Exclusive: Joe Miller sounds alarm over deal to put land in hands of Putin's Kremlin

By Joe Miller
The Obama administration, despite the nation’s economic woes, effectively killed the job-producing Keystone Pipeline last month. The Arab Spring is turning the oil production of Libya and other Arab nations over to the Muslim Brotherhood. Iraq is distancing itself from the U.S. And everyone recognizes that Iran, whose crude supplies are critical to the European economy, will do anything it can to frustrate America’s strategic interests. In the face of all of this, Obama insists on cutting back U.S. oil potential with outrageous restrictions....con't

FairTax Friday l "Years" until tax reform? Your choice!

"We can do things, here in this house today, that guarantee a better economy in years to come." - Rep. Rob Woodall

"Years" Until Tax Reform? Your Choice!

In his February 11, 2012 New York Times story, "A Year of Tax-Code Reckoning, " author Jonathan Weisman details a worsening political struggle impacting every American taxpayer and the U.S. economy:

"Taxpayers struggling with their 2011 returns can take a little solace in the knowledge that change is coming — though it may be accompanied by increasing tax bills. For two decades, politicians have promised — and failed — to overhaul the tax code to make it simpler and fairer."

The current tax code harms our nation in countless ways and nobody knows this more than hardworking Americans struggling with smaller paychecks and increasing taxes. In fact, "just 16% disagree with the idea of a simpler tax code replacing our existing one."

"We the People" get it. But do the men and women we send to Congress to represent us? Well, they claim they do.

Senator Orrin Hatch, the ranking Republican member of the Senate Finance Committee told Weisman, "Democrats and Republicans, liberals and conservatives, independents all believe our tax code is broken."

Yet the Secretary of the U.S. Treasury Tim Geithner told the same Senate Finance committee that it would likely take "years" to reform our tax code.

Why? According to Weisman:  "…the two political parties remain far apart. Republicans say a simpler code should not bring in more revenue than the current one, except perhaps by spurring economic growth… Democrats want to preserve the progressivity of the tax code, ensuring that the rich pay a larger share of the total tax bill and that the poor and middle class pay no more…"

There is a tax replacement solution that will satisfy both the Republicans and the Democrats. It increases revenue through spurring economic growth and is voluntarily progressive!

As Americans for Fair Taxation Co-Founder and CEO Leo Linbeck, Jr. advised members of the Congressional "Super" Committee, "the FairTax is the one plan which best fulfills the promise of reform fit for economic recovery in the 21st century. The FairTax did not emerge as a political level; rather, it was developed, researched and funded by American citizens who searched for an improvement to our tax system."

The FairTax is the only tax plan that ensures that everyone pays their fair share in taxes; no exceptions, no exemptions, and no loopholes.

Best of all, it's not just an idea but has actual legislation pending in the House (H.R. 25) and Senate (S. 13)!

So how do we move the most well researched tax reform legislation in history through an uncaring or unwilling Congress? That's up to you.

Make sure you regularly tell your Representatives that you support replacing our tax code through passage of the FairTax. Make sure they clearly understand that it is important to you that your elected officials also support the FairTax.  Did you know that in election years your Representatives are especially sensitive to what you think?

Your communication should include regular calls, letters, emails, and Twitter and Facebook messages.  Make sure your voice is heard and heard often!

Thank you!

The FairTax in the News

FairTax seems like a simple choicePostBulletin

We all have to make tough choices in life. Choosing between the current income tax and the FairTax is not that tough. How would you like to get your entire paycheck, for an immediate 10 percent raise, maybe more?

How would you like to never have to file another income tax form for the rest of your life? How would you like to see a number for the cost of running the federal government on every cash register receipt?

How would you like to see trillions of dollars returned to the U.S. from Switzerland, Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, etc. to jump start the economy and restore "Made in America?"…

- David Boone, Houston, MN

Federal tax system needs overhaulLacrosse Tribune

Our income tax system is the most fundamental interface we have with our government. Yet in this most fundamental interface with government, we don't understand the tax system.

The tax code consists of some 70,000 pages. It has been estimated we spend $900 per person each year complying with the tax code. That's a total of about $265 billion each year…

We can leave our children and grandchildren something better. The Fair Tax organization has drafted bills for both the House and the Senate, H.R. 25 and S.13. The Fair Tax organization has sufficient support that there have been committee hearings on these bills.

True Story about our Democracy

In 1887 Alexander Tyler , a Scottish history professor at the University of Edinburgh ,
had this to say about the fall of the Athenian Republic some 2,000 years prior:

"A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent

form of government.
A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover that they can
vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury.
From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates who promise the
most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally
collapse over loose fiscal policy, (which is) always followed by a dictatorship."

"The average age of the world's greatest civilizations from the beginning of history, has

been about 200 years.
During those 200 years, these nations always progressed through the following sequence:

From bondage to spiritual faith;
From spiritual faith to great courage;
From courage to liberty;
From liberty to abundance;
From abundance to complacency;
From complacency to apathy;
From apathy to dependence;
From dependence back into bondage."
The Obituary follows:

Born 1776, Died 2012
It doesn't hurt to read this several times.
Professor Joseph Olson of Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul , Minnesota ,

points out some interesting facts concerning the last Presidential election:

Number of States won by: Obama: 19 McCain: 29
Square miles of land won by: Obama: 580,000 McCain: 2,427,000
Population of counties won by: Obama: 127 million McCain: 143 million
Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by: Obama: 13.2 McCain: 2.1

Professor Olson adds: "In aggregate, the map of the territory McCain won was
mostly the land owned by the taxpaying citizens of the country.

Obama territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in low income
tenements and living off various forms of government welfare..."

Olson believes the United States is now somewhere between the
"complacency and apathy" phase of Professor Tyler 's definition of democracy,
with some forty percent of the nation's population already having reached
the "governmental dependency" phase.

If Congress grants amnesty and citizenship to twenty million criminal
invaders called illegal's - and they vote - then we can say goodbye to the
USA in fewer than five years.

Rush: Obama's Jobless Numbers Are 'Corrupt'

The jobless rate reported today is "corrupt as it can be" because President Barack Obama's administration has decreased the size of the workforce, Rush Limbaugh said on his radio show.

According to the Department of Labor, employers added almost a quarter of a million jobs in January. According to Limbaugh, it eliminated 2 ½ million positions.

"The number of jobs not available to be filled exploded by an unprecedented, record number of 1.2 million," he said. "That's not a typo. That's part of this 2 ½ million fewer jobs. It is corrupt as it can be."

He said the shrinking of "the overall universe of jobs" led to the misconstrued dip in the unemployment rate, to 8.3, from 8.5 in December.

"No president has ever been re-elected when the unemployment rate's over 8 percent, so guess what it's going to be by the time we get to Election Day," he said.

Share with those neighbor Christians in apathy~

The Founders have cornered you. The Lord said render onto Caesar that which is Caesar's. We the People are the final arbiter of Governance under this Constitution.

Apathy for the Lord's Will be done is what has us in this dark place. Our forefathers knew this and refused to surrender to it. Stand up for Righteousness, for if you don't then this saying comes true: evil triumphs when good men do nothing.

We are given the weapon of the ballot box and to refuse to get Godly men into position to vote them into office is neglect, just as you would neglect your own children's future, which it is. This election is the final crossroad back to a shining City on the Hill!

Does the Federal Government actually own Land and control morals?

Expand your view to read how much land the Federal Government is holding in violation of the Constitution. The Federal Government has no authority to control land or morals.

Here is the defining in the Constitution to the extent the Federal Government Constitutionally is limited to:

US Constitution, Article I, section eight  " ...To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings; ..."

There is a lot of anti-Shariah law out there. In the old days we went by that law, until we found Jesus new way. Ours is founded in common law lost to the Courts. Maybe if we had back our common law, we would not have government telling us how to live.

...This page comments on the constitutional arguments of the revolutionists.

It is not known generally today by academic historians that in 1770, the English "Constitution" did not mean what it does today. Today the English Constitution is known as whatever Parliament says it is. Not so in 1750, according to many lawyers on both sides of the Atlantic. Valid legal arguments were made that the English Constitution was a unwritten system of customary restraints on what the King and the governing body could do.

Consider Lord Camden. In 1766, he was Chief Justice of one of the central common law courts and about to become Lord Chancellor.. At that time he warned Parliament that there were steps, including taxing the American Colonies, that it could not take legally. Camden agreed with the theory of the Massachusetts lawyers: that the English Constitution was a system of customary restraints on what the King and the governing body could do. And that customary restraint made it legally improper to tax without the consent of the representatives of the English persons to be taxed. Lord Camden, "House of Lords Debate of 10 Feb 1766," in Parliamentary History (1766), 168....
